Hard work is the only key: Mr. Surinder Kumar Garg
"Hardwork is the only key to success in business as well as in life". These are the words said by a Ludhiana based industrialist Mr. Surinder Kumar Garg who is the director of JRB Stripes PVT. LTD.
Manufactures of : ERW STEEL TUBES. Since He is from last 29 years in this buisness.
He shares his experience on what it takes to make a good business and what approach should be followed at the time of recession making it an opportunity to extend the business.
I asked him some Questions, First Question was:
Who was his Source of Inspiration and Motivation...
He Replied My father induced a great motivation in me to start with a business and I was really impressed by his ideas and kind of motivation he provided that lead me to start a business which is now running at its best.
I Inquired about his achievements:
We started our business as low as Rs. 100 and now our turnover is past 3cr. which in itself is an achievement. We think, if a person goes on doing the hard work, achievements are waiting to be happened.
What are the current problems facing in the buisness ..
He Replied that there is a Recession Scenario. EveryBuisnessman is facing with the same problem
but we are competing with it. we are not working as a entrepreneur.From time to time we conduct normal talk with the head of departments to get their concerns and try to get problem anybody is facing and find a more appropriate solution
How do you motivate your employees to get more productivity in your business?
We appreciate the work done by employees and we set PF earlier. On the DIWALI festival we even give them 80% of monthly salary and Transport facility also.Through which they feel like the path of the organization.
I asked what make him good boss.
He said that cordial relations with their employees as Good communication ,Good behavior, On time salary.
I ended the Interview by asking what are the future plans for the Buisness.
He replied to increase his Sale and Production of the Buisness..
So Overall it was a great experience . It boosted my confidence level and help me in the future.

If you truly want to be successful, be prepared to give up your leisure time and work past 5 PM and on weekends. Also, have faith in yourself. If you come up with a new idea that you believe in, don't allow other people to discourage you from pursuing it. neha you have done a great effoets so keep it up...

Having once decided to achieve a certain task, achieve it at all costs of tedium and distaste. The gain in self confidence of having accomplished a tiresome labor is immense. great efforts.. but information about surinder kumar is not complete

Times have changed now. Just hardwork won't count. Smart work will make the difference. There is so much competition, be it in any field. Therefore to be ahead of all we need to do smart work along with hard work.
